Key Responsibilities
- Greet every guest warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
- Promptly answer calls, schedule appointments, and share information on services.
- Support retail sales—meet and exceed sales goals through product recommendations and strong customer engagement.
- Maintain the front desk area and ensure a polished, inviting atmosphere.
- Monitor guest flow to support smooth salon operations.
- Assist with product restocking and inventory as needed.
- Communicate clearly and courteously with guests and team members at all times.
Qualifications
- Prior receptionist/front desk experience required; previous salon experience strongly preferred.
- Sales-driven mindset with enthusiasm for meeting goals and increasing retail revenue.
- Excellent computer and scheduling system skills; MS Office knowledge a plus.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills—friendly, patient, and professional.
