Are you passionate about helping others find a vibrant, active lifestyle?Fellowship Square Tucson is seeking a motivated and compassionate Sales Associate (Leasing Agent) to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process and showcasing the benefits of our independent living community.
As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the welcoming face and guiding voice for individuals exploring a new chapter in life. You’ll build relationships, showcase our community, and help prospective residents feel confident and excited about making Fellowship Square their next home.
Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective residents by phone, email, and in person.
- Lead engaging tours and deliver personalized presentations.
- Assess needs, interests, and financial readiness to guide decision-making.
- Follow up with leads through thoughtful communication and outreach.
- Close leases and coordinate move-in details with care and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records in property management software.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support outreach and events.
- Provide outstanding customer service to residents and families.
- Represent Fellowship Square with warmth, integrity, and enthusiasm.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property leasing or sales.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Ability to connect with older adults in a respectful and engaging way.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
- Typing speed of 20–30 WPM.
- Must be 18 and of good moral character.
- A proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
- A team-oriented attitude and a passion for helping others.
- Experience in senior living or hospitality a plus.
- Yardi or other property management software experience a plus.

Schedule: M-F with some weekend coverage possible
Pay Rate: Depending upon experience
