We are seeking a dynamic, mission‑driven Director of Experience who can bring energy, creativity, and heart to everything they do. In this influential role, you will lead our Resident Experience team and shape the culture, programs, and moments that make our community a place where seniors feel connected, supported, and truly at home.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Lead and Inspire

• • Create unforgettable programs that enrich residents across every dimension of well‑being, physical, emotional, spiritual, social, intellectual, and vocational.
  • Lead the Flourish® Holistic Wellness Program and cultivate whole‑person wellness rooted in purpose, dignity, and joy.
  • Use data and resident feedback to guide thoughtful, impactful improvements.
  • Collaborate with passionate teams across Operations, Sales, Dining, Life Enrichment, Marketing, and more to deliver seamless, uplifting experiences.
  • Build meaningful resident relationships through events, meetings, celebrations, and individualized engagement.
  • Drive retention, referrals, and occupancy by creating a community where residents feel loved, connected, and cared for.
  • Inspire and mentor a talented team of professionals dedicated to serving with heart.
  • Spearhead signature community events, including Resident Appreciation Month and annual celebrations.
  • Be a visible, approachable presence who radiates warmth and hospitality throughout the campus.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• A creative leader who loves building experiences infused with connection, purpose, and joy.
• Someone motivated by a mission‑driven, Christian environment where faith and service guide the work.
• A collaborative professional who uplifts others and inspires excellence.
• A strategic thinker with strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experienced with 7 years in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or customer‑experience leadership.
