Overall Responsibilities
The Campus Media Director provides production support for all weekend services and weekday events at their assigned FOTP campus, with occasional collaboration on Central Production projects. This role exists to lead, equip, and develop volunteer media teams while building strong relationships and creating a healthy, life-giving serving culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and pastor volunteer media teams with a strong emphasis on relationships and people-first leadership.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and empower volunteer team members, helping them grow both in skill and in confidence.
- Oversee all production support at the assigned campus, ensuring smooth and excellent execution.
- Build strong working relationships with campus staff and Central Production to support service flow, special events, and creative elements.
- Maintain and steward production equipment by following the schedules and processes established by Central Production Support.
- Maintain excellent interpersonal and communication skills across volunteers, staff, and other departments.
- Pursue continuous learning in production technology, leadership, and processes.
- Support additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.

- Strong organization, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to mix audio in a live-band worship environment.
- Familiarity with ProPresenter and other presentation platforms.
- Understanding of video switching and live video production systems.
- Experience with lighting systems is a plus.
- Team-first mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.

Experience & Education
- High school diploma required
