About the Youth Group:
Fellowship of Montgomery has a thriving youth group of around 250-300 students on Wednesday nights. We have a part-time junior high minister that does a great job of investing in leaders. He also oversees small groups for student ministry. We also have a tremendous creative team and the logistical team involved in the youth ministry. Over the past two years, our volunteer base has grown. We now have around 35-40 excited leaders investing in the students each week.
Our church has historically had a mission to reach youth and kids for Christ. Because of that, we have always been intentional in youth ministry and our involvement in the community. We are very involved with the school district, and chaplains for both of the high school football teams, and we open up the doors of the church for everything from football team meals, 4H, cotillion, and other community events. The church is supportive with both the manpower and financial resources of our growing youth ministry.
