Position Summary:
The Receptionist at the West Little Rock campus is responsible for greeting and assisting staff, the church body, and visitors via phone conversations and face-to-face interactions.. This position is part-time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Assist staff, church body, and visitors by receiving and responding to all phone calls and connecting them to the appropriate ministry area/person
- Personally greet guests that come to our campus in a Christ-like manner and direct them to the appropriate area/person
- Distribute the mail and organize boxes from deliveries
- Assist with special projects from church ministries
- Assist with training for substitutes and newly hired Receptionists
- Send email and Teams messages to staff
- Keep front office area tidy
- Other related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma (required)
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities
- Strong communication skills

Work Schedule:
- 19 hours/week every other week and 5 hours one Friday/month
