Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and faith-driven Third Grade Teacher to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an educator who enjoys building meaningful relationships with students and families while teaching in a supportive Christian environment.

Responsibilities
- Plan and teach engaging lessons in reading, language arts, math, science, social studies, and Bible.
- Foster a Christ-centered classroom where students grow academically, socially, and spiritually.
- Differentiate instruction to meet individual learning needs.
- Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment that encourages curiosity, responsibility, and respect.
- Monitor student progress and communicate regularly with parents.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and administration to support student success.
- Participate in faculty meetings, parent conferences, and school events.
- Model Christian character and serve as a positive role model for students.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Teaching certification is preferred but not required.
- Classroom teaching experience at the elementary level is preferred.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with families and fellow staff members.
- A personal Christian faith and a desire to integrate biblical principles throughout the school day.
