2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen

Strong knife skills, plating knowledge, and recipe execution

The ability to multi-task while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient station

Respect for your team, attention to detail, and a deep love for food and hospitality

Physical ability to lift and carry 30 pounds and stand for extended periods
