The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the efficient movement of goods, materials, and information across the supply chain. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, transportation providers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, optimize customer experience, and maintain accurate documentation.

Individual responsibilities will include:

• Plan and coordinate logistics operations, transportation, and warehousing. management.
• Process Sales Orders in a TMS system, and follow appropriate routing guides
• Process orders in customer web portals, and schedule shipments based on custom transportation requirements.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods to customers or distribution centers.
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
• Prepare and review shipping and customs documentation including shipping labels and bill of ladings.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and related documentation.
• Resolve logistical issues, delays, or damages promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• General clerical duties and administrative duties as needed.

Your Qualifications:

• Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Proficiency with logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite/Google business tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) is highly desired
• Experience with TMS systems is highly desired
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team

We have modern offices, a business casual dress policy and are an operation driven busy environment. Please note that this is an in-office role located at our Edison, NJ office.The candidate must have flexible hours to work an 8-hour shift within the 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM range varies. (Monday to Friday). Some paid overtime may be required.

Compensation: $20 to $22 an hour, commensurate with education and experience
