Job Description

Open Monday - Saturday and closed Sunday.**

POSITION SUMMARY: To cook all fried items for entrees and fried appetizer items prepared in the restaurant. Accomplishes all food preparation, cooking methods, procedures and timing to ensure that all food products adhere to the specifications and quality standards of Cooper Restaurants.

Health, Dental & Vision - for full time employees after 30 days of employment

Company pays a portion of elected coverage

Vacation Pay – up to 80 hours for full time employees (annually)

After 6 months – 5 days
After 1 year – Additional 5 days
10 days max
Tipped employees vacation rate - $10.00 per hour

Employee Meal Discount – 40% off while working / employee 1 guest while dining
Employee of the month - for FOH & BOH - $100 each
Employee Discounts - on travel, hotels, car rentals and more through LifeMart via ADP account.
