ALL ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE
You typically work from Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:30 pm, Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, and Saturday, 8:00 am - 1:00 pm. You get 1 day off during the week and every other weekend off.
Now, let's dive into what your days look like. As our Receptionist, you're the friendly face and voice that greets clients, schedules appointments, and answers phone calls and emails. You take phone messages with precision as well as check clients in and out. You also handle financial transactions and make our clients feel valued and appreciated.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 years of receptionist experience
- Computer proficiency and excellent phone communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preference is given to candidates with either veterinary or customer service experience. A college degree would also be preferred.
