We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who is both a creator and strategist; someone excited to be on camera, behind the camera, and in the comments building community.
Role Overview
The Social Media Manager will work with the Director of Digital Marketing to lead Felina's portfolio of brands across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms. This is a highly creative, hands-on role that blends daily content creation with influencer partnerships, community management, and social commerce initiatives. The right candidate is a natural storyteller, trend-spotter, and relationship-builder who thrives in a fast-moving DTC environment. This role is on site in Chatsworth, CA.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Channel Management
● Plan, shoot, edit, and publish daily social media content (short-form video, imagery, copy).
● Be comfortable both on-camera (representing Felina brands) and behind the camera directing talent.
● Stay ahead of trends, formats, and platform updates to keep Felina’s content fresh and engaging.
● Manage TikTok Shop and TikTok Live activations, driving social commerce results.
● Develop and optimize YouTube Shorts, long-form video, and Pinterest content strategies.
● Execute paid social content deliverables and adapt creatives for campaigns
Community & Engagement
● Own community management: respond to comments, DMs, and customer interactions daily.
● Cultivate a strong, loyal community around the Felina brand voice
Influencer, UGC & Affiliate Partnerships
● Identify, pitch, and negotiate partnerships with influencers, creators, and affiliates.
● Manage seeding, gifting, affiliate programs, and both organic paid influencer campaigns.
● Build and nurture long-term creator relationships to expand Felina’s network.
Analytics & Growth
● Track KPIs across platforms: engagement, reach, follower growth, and conversions.
● Continuously test and iterate based on insights to drive brand and revenue growth.
Brand Support & Special Projects
● Aid in cross-functional projects across departments outside of social media when needed.
