Our store is a hub of knowledge, passion, and exceptional customer service. And now, we’re looking for a Pet Wellness Product Specialist to join our team!
This is a part-time position. Flexible hours available.
This role typically includes 2-3 shifts per week, with most shifts from 11am-4:30pm
Occasional Saturdays required (10am-4pm)
What You’ll Do:
- Be the Expert: Through paid training, you will gain extensive knowledge of our products and brands. Along with a basic understanding of nutrition for cats and dogs.
- Customer Champion: Help pet owners find the perfect products for their pets’ unique needs with personalized, knowledgeable recommendations.
- Stock Savvy: Stock shelves in an organized manner and create eye-catching displays.
- Service Superstar: Provide stellar customer service, building lasting relationships with pet owners and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Content Creation: Help with social media content creation and ideas, including video content.

- Hands-On Helper: Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, stocking shelves, unloading deliveries, and assisting customers with their purchases.
