Responsibilities
- We are hiring a dedicated, compassionate Certified Nurse Aid (CNA) / Nurse Assistant to provide resident-focused, quality care for elder Franciscan sisters
- Casual/per diem positions picking up 3rd (nights 10:00 pm to 6:30 am) and 2nd shift (afternoons 2:00 pm -10:30 pm) at our Buffalo convent home located on Doat Street/ Pine Ridge (near Cheektowaga). Willingness to work additional shifts (day, overnight) as needed.

- The hourly range for this position is $16.12 - $21.83 for Certified Nurse Aids / Nurse Assistant. **Wage will be determined based on factors such as CNA certification, the candidate's relevant work experience/qualifications, and internal equity.**
Responsibilities
- Our CNAs/NAs provide direct care to elder Franciscan sisters including assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, dining, transporting, and restorative care. They are responsible for documenting care for our sisters as required and communicating with residents, family members, management, and staff to ensure resident quality care. This position also assists and collaborates with the nursing staff with duties related to the ongoing needs of the residents according to established standards.

- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Current or lapsed Certified Nurse Aide certification on file with the state in which the health services are located, preferred but not required.
- Long-term resident care or home care experience is preferred.
- A budgeted range for this position is $17.14 - $21.83 for CNAs. **Wage will be determined based on factors such as CNA certification, the candidate's relevant work experience/qualifications, and internal equity.**
