We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure accuracy in reporting, and provide strategic insights that drive business growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead financial planning and budgeting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with leadership on cost optimization and profitability initiatives.
- Oversee internal controls and risk management processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
- 5 years of experience in financial management or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
