Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Attorney specializing in Employment Law, based in Tampa, FL. Key responsibilities include providing sound legal advice, conducting thorough legal research, managing employment-related cases, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in legal matters. The Associate Attorney will work collaboratively with the legal team to ensure the best outcomes for clients while managing deadlines and maintaining organizational standards. We are looking for someone who is ready to handle and litigate cases from the start, under supervision and collaboratively with the managing attorney. Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Law, specifically in Labor and Employment Law
- Proven skills in providing strategic and practical Legal Advice
- Proficiency in conducting detailed Legal Research
- Effective Negotiation skills to resolve employment-related disputes
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational abilities
- Admitted to the Florida Bar and in good standing
- Knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local employment laws
- Previous experience in employment law or a related legal discipline is an advantage
