Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers via phone, text, video and social media to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles that match their needs and financial considerations
- Provide detailed information about vehicle features, pricing, and financing options
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer experience
- Represent the company professionally both in person and through digital communication channels
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, energetic, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital communication tools
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing environment
- Reliable and punctual with a positive work ethic
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must be organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license
