- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Location: 6300 N. River Road, Rosemont, IL 60018
- Hours: Mon-Fri, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm; (includes 1-hour lunch break)
- Salary: $20-23/hr with potential bonus opportunities

Responsibilities:
- Review and validate window and door measurements submitted through virtual measurement software for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure all measurements meet company standards and manufacturer specifications prior to order submission
- Identify discrepancies, errors, or missing information and take corrective action in a timely manner
- Collaborate with field technicians, sales representatives, and operations teams to resolve measurement issues
- Communicate clearly with internal teams regarding revisions, updates, or remeasure needs
- Determine when a physical remeasure is required and escalate appropriately to minimize installation risk
- Support the ordering process by ensuring accurate and complete data is submitted to vendors
- Maintain detailed and organized records of measurement reviews, adjustments, and approvals
- Adhere to departmental turnaround time expectations to support efficient project timelines
- Utilize internal systems and software to track job progress, updates, and measurement status
- Assist in improving virtual measurement processes by identifying trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for efficiency
- Provide feedback and support to field technicians and sales teams to improve measurement accuracy over time
- Partner with the Virtual Measure Technician Manager to ensure department goals and performance metrics are met
- Stay up to date on product specifications, measurement standards, and installation requirements
- Deliver a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to help ensure a seamless customer experience
Job Qualifications:
- Preferred, not required: 2 years working with home construction projects
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Extremely accurate and detail-orientated
- PC/Tablet skills for order entry & appointment resulting
- High school diploma or equivalent
