As a Property & Casualty Licensed Insurance Agent you'll be generating sales by providing great service to our existing and prospective clients.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Staying informed about competing products

Requirements

• Must have Property and Casualty License
• Must be motivated and determined.
• Not afraid to learn new things. Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Not afraid to call out on the phone/ minimum 100 outbound calls per day to be successful.

Will I have to purchase my own leads?
Absolutely not! We provide all of the leads! Our salespeople never have to worry about who to contact. We have software that calls, texts, and emails all at the same time. We are also able to video chat and video text. We are using state of the art marketing to generate warm leads for our sales team.

Is this a commission-only position?
Absolutely not! Our compensation plan is unmatched in the marketplace. We offer a base salary with uncapped commission and attractive bonuses.

What can I reasonably expect to make in the first year?
If you follow our sales process, at the very least you can expect to make $70,000 in your first year with your base salary, commission and bonuses.
