Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Practice Administrator located in Delray Beach, FL. The Practice Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the practice, overseeing staff of 45, maintaining smooth practice operations, and ensuring efficient administration. Tasks include financial management, budgeting, staff management, scheduling, and patient relations. The role also involves implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Medical Practice Management and Practice Management
- Knowledge of Medical Office operations and Medicine
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Required)
- Experience in dermatology (Preferred)
- Master’s Degree Preferred
