Position Overview
We are seeking a
Clinical House Manager
to provide close oversight, care coordination, and day-to-day case management for an elderly gentleman residing in the
Grand Rapids, Michigan
area. This full-time role is ideal for a clinically experienced professional who brings a calm presence, strong organizational skills, and a compassionate approach to client care.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily health, safety, and well-being of the client.
- Coordinate all aspects of care — medical appointments, medication management, therapies, and home support services.
- Liaise with healthcare providers, caregivers, and family members to ensure consistent communication and continuity of care.
- Monitor health changes, track care plans, and ensure timely interventions as needed.
- Support household organization, scheduling, and coordination of visiting staff.
- Provide emotional support and companionship while promoting the client's independence and dignity.
Qualifications
- Licensed RN with 3 years of clinical experience.
- Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and documentation skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Must reside in the Grand Rapids area.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
