What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Laborer position at Feilon Brothers Landscaping?
General Labor (For Lawn Crew):
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs or more
- Prior knowledge on how to operate basic landscaping equipment (including ability to mow using a zero-turn ride on mower).
- Prior knowledge or eagerness to learn standard routines and procedures for landscaping.
- Attention to detail and overall high standards for your work.
On the job duties for this position include:
- Keeping a professional appearance.
- Working with a team of 2-4 people.
- Participating in all aspects of whatever task is at hand.
- Closely following the instructions of the foreman.
General labor positions can turn into Foreman/Crew leader positions as the company expands.
