Where you'll work

What you'll do
You will work primarily outside (so it's important you like all types of weather) to collect topographic survey data, set up and maintain project survey control, and complete construction layout and boundary field survey. You'll also help with construction observation to make sure plans are followed. The workweek will exceed 40 hours, especially during construction season.

You'll support the engineering and environmental functions of the firm. We promote a team environment, so you'll work with fellow engineering technicians, engineers, environmental scientists and many more people. And you'll develop leadership skills that build autonomy.

What it takes
An associate degree in Survey Engineering Technology, Engineering Technology or Construction Technology is a plus, but it is not required. A valid driver's license is required. We're looking for someone with some professional experience, but if you are a recent grad, eager to learn and motivated, we are interested.

No matter the position, you should speak and write well. And you should have strong analytical and organizational skills. You must be a team player.
