PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Licensed Practical Nurse
CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES
- Wound Care
- Medication Administration
- Medication Documentation
- Oversee the services of direct care staff and Certified Nursing Assistants
- Administering tube feeding
- ADLs
- Nursing assessments
- Skin Care
- Vital Signs
- Nursing Care
- Schedule/Attending Physician appointments
- Communication w/ Physician
- Pharmacy Communication/Update
MININUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- GA Licensed LPN
- First Aid certified (required)
- CPR certified (required)
- Clean Criminal Record Check
- Excellent administrative skills
COMPETENCY REQUIRED
- Must be able to read and write English
- Computer literate
- Communicate effectively with service monitors, staff, families and state administrators
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Other duties as assigned
