Pool Technician - Opportunity for route purchase and financing after 12 months of employment!
We are seeking a reliable Pool Technician to join our team. You will be the General Manager of your pool route responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and growing your customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and Chemical Balancing: Perform weekly cleaning tasks including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces. Maintain proper chemical balance in water by testing and adjusting chemical levels.
- Sales: Grow your pool route by adding new pools and earning monthly sales commission
Compensation:
- Paid per account serviced
- Monthly sales commissions for new pools added
- Company truck will be provided
- Gas expensed
- Company uniform
Requirements:
- Valid license and clean driving record.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
