Combined Role with Full Time Opportunity (30–40 hours/week)

They are the first smile patients see, the voice on the phone when someone needs guidance, and the steady hand that helps patients navigate their wellness and aesthetic journey.

We are looking for a rockstar Patient Care Coordinator who naturally creates an exceptional experience for everyone they encounter.

Our PCC team does far more than check patients in and out.
They are the guides to success within our clinic, helping patients feel confident, informed, and cared for from their very first interaction with our practice.

- Welcome patients and create a warm, high-touch first impression
- Answer calls and assist patients with scheduling and questions
- Help patients understand their treatment plans and next steps
- Advocate for patients and help ensure a seamless experience
- Educate patients on services, memberships, and products
- Support our providers and clinical team in delivering outstanding care

Combination Role
This role will serve a partial schedule as a Patient Care Coordinator (20–30 hours per week) and an additional 5-10 hours per week supporting our New Patient Engagement initiatives.
This includes:
- Assisting with community events and outreach
- Following up with new patient leads
- Helping guide prospective patients through their first experience with Feel Ideal 360
Additional 5–10 hours per week will be dedicated to these initiatives, bringing the role to 30–40 hours per week.
