Position Summary


The Quick Service General Manager is responsible for leading the daily operations of assigned Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) units, supporting overall operational excellence, and ensuring the achievement of sales, profitability, customer service, and market share objectives. This role plays a critical part in maintaining brand standards, supporting team development, and sustaining the long-term success of our business. The position also manages the performance of unit management teams and carries out additional responsibilities as directed by senior leadership.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Oversee day-to-day activities of multiple units, ensuring appropriate staffing, cleanliness, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
  • Drive exceptional food quality, speed of service, and guest satisfaction across all locations.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to brand and company standards in food preparation and presentation.
  • Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining team and guest satisfaction.
  • Exercise sound judgment in resolving operational issues, escalating complex matters to senior leadership as needed.
  • Supervise and support unit management teams, ensuring high performance and accountability.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of brand standards, lease obligations, and labor agreements to foster positive relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Maintain accurate quality control records and ensure adherence to loss prevention protocols.
  • Manage systems and procedures aligned with company and brand partner expectations.
  • Lead staffing efforts including recruitment, hiring, promotion, and disciplinary actions.
  • Foster a positive team culture by supporting performance management, training, and incentive programs.
  • Champion guest service excellence by coaching teams and monitoring interactions.
  • Strengthen relationships with brand partners, landlords, and internal departments.
  • Set and monitor progress toward unit goals, aligning team responsibilities with business objectives.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, recognition, and professional development opportunities for all direct and indirect reports.
  • Implement motivational initiatives and recognition programs to drive performance and engagement.


Qualifications & Requirements


  • High School Diploma or GED required, associate or bachelor's degree in hospitality, Restaurant Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-volume or multi-unit food and beverage operations.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to comprehend and convey policies, instructions, and performance standards.
  • Proven ability to maintain cost control, operational efficiency, and food quality.
  • Proficient in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and enhancing team and guest satisfaction.
  • Effective leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve complex operational issues.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Valid TAM Card (alcohol awareness card)

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
