This non-tipped position is responsible for greeting guests, taking and ringing orders, preparing hot and cold menu items, maintaining front-of-house cleanliness, and ensuring food is handled safely and efficiently. If you're team-oriented, dependable, and enthusiastic, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service & Cash Handling:
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections and questions.
- Accurately take orders using a POS register system and handle all forms of payment.
- Make change, process credit card payments, and ensure end-of-shift cash counts are accurate.
- Prepare and serve hot and cold food items with care, attention to detail, and in accordance with company recipes.
- Follow all portion control, food quality, and handling procedures.
- Maintain proper food temperatures and avoid cross-contamination through safe handling practices.
- Monitor and rotate food items to reduce waste and ensure freshness.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house, including dining areas, beverage stations, windows, and counters.
- Wipe down equipment, sweep & mop floors, and ensure the guest environment is sanitary and always welcoming.
- Adhere to all SNHD (Southern Nevada Health District) food safety standards, company hygiene policies, and cleaning schedules.
- Support fellow team members during busy times by sharing tasks and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with managers and coworkers to ensure smooth shift transitions.
- Represent Feel-Good Brands with professionalism and pride.
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions clearly
- Able to operate a computerized register system
- Able to handle cash & other forms of payment.
- Must have a valid Southern Nevada Health District - Food Handler's card
- Valid TAM Card (alcohol awareness card) Specific locations ONLY
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Prior kitchen, fast food, or quick-service experience is a plus, but not required
