Immediate Opening - PART TIME Caregiver Needed in Manteca, Modesto, and Tracy areas, CALOOKING FOR SOMEONE THAT IS AVAILABLE TO START RIGHT AWAY.This is a PART-TIME position.Ideal candidates must be comfortable with working 3 to 6 hour part-time shifts Monday through Friday, weekends, and with having more than one client. Caregivers will only work with one client at a time in a one-to-one setting at the clients' homes. They assist individuals in reaching goals outlined in their Individual Program Plan (IPP) and Individual Service Plan (ISP), while promoting independence, safety, and meaningful community participation.Key Responsibilities:Help with activities of daily livingBuild supportive, respectful relationships with assigned participants and their Circle of SupportProvide individualized instruction and assistance in areas such as:Daily living skills (cooking, hygiene, budgeting)Transportation and community integrationSelf-advocacy and social skill developmentAssist participants with accessing appointments, public benefits, and resourcesEncourage self-determination and goal settingComplete accurate documentation (shift notes, service hours, incident reports)Maintain professional communication with supervisors, Regional Center staff, and familiesAdhere to safety, abuse prevention, and participant rights protocolsPerform CPR/first aid or seek emergency help when necessaryAttend mandatory staff meetings, trainings, and ISP planning sessionsMinimum Qualifications:At least 18 years oldHigh school diploma or GED6 months experience supporting individuals with disabilities or in a human service settingValid California Driver's License, reliable vehicle, auto insurance, and clean DMV recordTB clearance and CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)Ability to pass DOJ/FBI check (Livescan)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsBilingual (Spanish/English) a plusMust be able to complete online training prior to starting with clientsSchedule:Flexible, including mornings, evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts depending on participant needs.
