Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour base rate, with the opportunity to earn additional compensation through a production-based piece rate.

Individual Contribution & Development
- Perform manual labeling, stamping, and case printing activities accurately and efficiently to support daily production requirements.
- Complete kitting and packaging work, including assembly, product placement, sealing, and pallet preparation, in alignment with order and shipping needs.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain assigned workstations, and support general cleaning and upkeep of the production and labeling areas.
- Maintain working knowledge of product requirements, labeling variations, and packaging standards to ensure accurate execution of assigned tasks.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain steady workflow, meet production targets, and support shifting priorities.
- Support inventory accuracy and product availability by assisting with physical counts, material handling, and fulfillment or retail needs as assigned.
- Follow Company policies and procedures in daily work while supporting regulatory compliance within the department to maintain audit, inspection, and review readiness and help achieve the highest possible ratings.
- Maintain constant vigilance over product quality during labeling and packaging activities, immediately identifying and reporting any defects, inconsistencies, or concerns.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment by adhering to safety expectations and promptly reporting hazards or issues.
Education & Experience
The ideal Packaging Team Member has the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required, or an equivalent combination of related work experience, training, and/or education sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job
- Previous related work experience, training, or education is a plus.
- Forklift training or certification is a plus.

- Manual Packaging & Labeling Execution: Strong understanding of detailed, repetitive packaging work, with the ability to maintain consistency, pace, and accuracy throughout assigned tasks.
- Fine Motor Coordination & Hand Dexterity: Ability to perform sustained hands-on work requiring careful product handling, precise placement, and controlled movement during labeling and kitting activities.
- Product Quality Awareness: Ability to recognize labeling, packaging, product, or material inconsistencies and exercise sound judgment in reporting concerns before they affect finished goods.
- Production Flow Support: Ability to adjust to changing production needs, maintain steady work output, and support efficient movement of products and materials through assigned areas.
- Work Area Readiness & Sanitation Awareness: Understanding of the importance of clean, organized, and well-prepared work areas in supporting safe, sanitary, and audit-ready operations.
