Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Delivery Driver located in Hollywood, FL. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate transportation of packages to their destinations. Daily tasks include loading and unloading packages, planning efficient delivery routes, delivering and collecting packages, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves adhering to all safety and traffic regulations while representing Fedx Ground in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- Customer Service skills to deliver positive experiences and resolve inquiries professionally
- Familiarity with Forklift Operation and other loading/unloading processes
- Experience in Training or mentoring team members to enhance operational efficiency
- Sales or related interpersonal skills to effectively foster client relationships
- Experience in the Food & Beverage or related service industry is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Knowledge of local routes and safety regulations
- High level of dependability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
