Overview
FedWriters is building a team to support the Office of Head Start's monitoring logistics and review processes. As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage day-to-day operations and ensure the successful execution of monitoring review processes across Head Start program regions.

**This position is contingent upon contract award**
Work Schedule and Location:
On-Site: This full-time position will work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM within the DC, Maryland, or Virginia metropolitan area.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the execution of the project according to the plan
- Ensure timelines and milestones are met
- Lead a team of project managers and staff
- Ensure clear communication and coordination among all team members
- Monitor project performance, addressing:
- Proposed scope changes
- Delays
- Resource shortages
- Handle budget management
- Ensure financial resources are being used efficiently
- Act as a key point of contact for the client's project representatives
Qualifications
Experience
- 5-7 years of experience
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of the project

Must successfully complete a background investigation in compliance with Parts 1400 and 731 of Title 5, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR); background investigation documentation is required prior to performing any work on behalf of HHS/ACF.
