What you’ll do:We are looking for a part-time Business Intelligence Solutions (BIS) Coordinator to support the development, maintenance, and work on continuous improvement of FedTech’s internal databases, workflows, and reporting tools. You’ll collaborate with users to gather feedback, assist with data collection and analysis, and contribute to building automations and scalable structures that centralize organizational information.Typical functions include:Maintain, update, and improve internal database systems.Collaborate with database users to gather feedback, understand needs, and ensure effective adoption of systems and workflows.Support data collection, cleaning, and organization across programs and internal functions.Assist in analyzing data and producing reports and dashboards for internal/external stakeholders and business development.Help centralize and standardize programmatic information to improve operational efficiency.Contribute to building and maintaining automations that integrate data from multiple sources.Participate in improving database structures, documentation, and workflows based on user feedback and observed inefficiencies.Successful candidates will have the following qualifications:1-3 years of experience in data systems, operations, analysis, or workflow/process improvement.Familiarity with Airtable (bases, formulas, interfaces, automations) or similar relational database tools.Interest in relational databases, data modeling, ETL pipelines, and automation.Basic experience or exposure to SQL, Python, or JavaScript is a plus but not required.Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data.Ability to communicate clearly, gather user input, and support adoption of internal tools.Collaborative, resourceful, and proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.Data storytelling and visualization skills, including dashboard and report creationExperience working with and/or building APIs is a plusCompletion of a bachelor’s degree Our Values:Boldness: We have the fortitude to forge new paths and push beyond our comfortUnity: We treat our clients, team members and partners as we would like to be treated - we are one united teamIntrospection: We recognize introspection is the necessary ingredient in which self-improvement flourishesLeadership: We embrace servant leadership - putting the interests of client, team partners and partners firstDecisiveness: We have a strong bias towards actionCompensation: $35-40/hourLocation: Candidates based in the DC area with the ability to come into our HQ at Arlington, VAEmployment Type: This is a part-time W2 position Expected Hours: 20-25 hours per weekPowered by JazzHRMtLuL1r3ZU
