About the Role We are a well-established player in the lubricant industry with two decades of market experience across India. We are now looking to onboard a Management Trainee based in Trichy to support our local marketing coordination and execute a structured market combing project in the city.
Key Objectives
● Map and analyze the market share of each public and private lubricant brand operating in Trichy.
● Identify and document LPG usage patterns in commercial establishments (hotels, bakeries, restaurants, small industries, etc.).
● Support local marketing coordination activities in Trichy, including dealer visits, data collection, and competitor profiling.
● Build and maintain a market intelligence report to guide future expansion and marketing strategy.
Responsibilities
● Conduct systematic field surveys across various sectors in Trichy city.
● Collect and compile data on brand penetration, pricing, and customer preferences.
● Liaise with retailers, distributors, and commercial gas users.
● Present findings and actionable insights to the regional management team.
● Support marketing activities and promotional campaigns as needed. Candidate Profile
● MBA / PGDM student or recent graduate (Marketing specialisation preferred).
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently on field assignments.
● Fluent in Tamil and English.
● Familiarity with Trichy city and nearby areas preferred. Engagement & Compensation
