- Temporary role: Start date Friday October 2, 2026 through end of February 2027.
- 1 full week of training - PAID
- All equipment provided
- Full-Time Hours - 40 hours per week Monday-Friday
- Hybrid work opportunity!
- Compensation: $18.66/hr $5.09 health and wellness benefit (up to 40 hours per week)
- Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of customer service experience or demonstrated strength in customer service skills, call center, or similar experience preferred. Experience with web-based customer service systems is required; familiarity with work distribution systems is a plus.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
- Strong multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to make sound decisions and escalate issues when necessary.
- Professionalism and tact in handling diverse customer interactions.
