Company:DEG FedEx Express Deutschland GmbH Address: Unterer Zwerchweg 111 Scheduled Weekly Hours:40 Worker Type:Regular Posting Start Date9-Juli-2026 Posting Close Date:30-Aug.-2026 Job Family:FXE-EU: Senior Manager Operations (ID) Position Summary: Ihre Aufgaben: Führung, Motivation und Befähigung der Mitarbeiter durch eine effektive und offene Kommunikation mit dem Ziel Kundenzufriedenheit, Geschäftsergebnisse, Unternehmensziele und Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit zu optimieren Kontrolle und Optimierung der operativen Prozesse unter Einhaltung aller gültigen Policies Laufende Analyse der operativen Performance des Hubs und Standortes und Ergreifen entsprechender korrigierender Maßnahmen bei Zielabweichungen Crossfunktionale Zusammenarbeit mit den nationalen und internationalen Netzwerken und Hubs Sicherstellung einer bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit am Standort sowie mit den zentralen Fachbereichen Beachtung und Berücksichtigung der gesetzlichen und behördlichen Anforderungen Beachtung aller Arbeitsanweisungen, Betriebsanweisungen und in Deutschland gültigen Corporate Standards, die nicht im Detail durch die Stellenbeschreibung geregelt sind Zusammenarbeit mit dem lokalen Betriebsrat im Rahmen der betriebsverfassungsrechtlichen Bestimmungen Erstellung und Bewertung von Statistiken zu Produktivitäts- und Qualitätszielen Eine regelmäßige Analyse bestehender Prozesse hinsichtlich der Optimierung von Kosten, Produktivität und Qualität Überwachung der täglichen Prozesse in den gesamten operativen Bereichen Regelmäßige Kommunikation mit den Directs hinsichtlich Qualität, Kosten, Produktivität, Serviceprobleme und Schnittstellenprobleme Analyse und Cost Management der zu verantwortenden Kostenstellen zur Optimierung des Ergebnisses durch Kosten-, Service-, Revenue-(Credits) und Produktivitätsmanagement und Einhaltung des OPS-Budgets Mitarbeit als funktionaler Experte im Rahmen von Operationsprojekten Ihr Qualifikationsprofil: Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder vergleichbares Studium wünschenswert Mindestens 5-10 Jahre Erfahrung im operativen Logistikbereich Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung von mind. 20 Mitarbeitern Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrungen in der Anwendung des BetrVG und Arbeitssicherheit Entwicklungspotenzial für weitergehende Positionen Erfahrungen in einem international tätigen Unternehmen und Change Management gute Projektmanagementkenntnisse Lean Management Kenntnisse von Vorteil Fundierte Kenntnisse operationeller Abläufe Verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten Bereitschaft zur Reisetätigkeit English, German (Required) FedEx was built on a philosophy that puts people first, one we take seriously.
