Address: Express 1 Scheduled Weekly Hours:39.25 Worker Type:Regular Posting Start Date12-May-2026 Posting Close Date:21-Jun-2026 Job Family:FXE-EU: Operations Support Agent (ID) Position Summary: Als OSA bij FedEx speel je een sleutelrol bij het bereiken van de operationele doelen en serviceverplichtingen van de hubs, door het werk te coördineren en te balanceren tussen een team van planners en internationale chauffeurs om klanttevredenheid te bereiken door tijdige vertrekken binnen ons netwerk, op geoptimaliseerde kosten. Je werkt in wisselende diensten van ma 06:00 tot za 14:00 uur. Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden: Coördineren van het dagelijkse briefing- en debriefingproces met chauffeurs die aan jouw werkstation rapporteren. Voer papierwerkcontroles uit en zorg voor correct papierwerk voor vertrek. Je rapporteert eventuele problemen die zich tijdens de dagelijkse werkzaamheden hebben voorgedaan aan het management en zorg voor regelmatige rapportage met betrekking tot productiviteit, volumes en prestaties. Je houdt toezicht op de geschedulde vertrekken en aankomsten en monitoort het proces voorafgaand een vertrek om ervoor te zorgen dat er geen vertragingen ontstaan. Je signaleert knelpunten op de werkvloer, lost deze op of escaleert deze waar nodig. De ideale kandidaat beschikt over: Goede communicatievaardigheden; is in staat om met verschillende stakeholders, met name chauffeurs en operationele afdelingen te communiceren. Ervaring in een drukke transport- en/of expeditieomgeving is een pré. Goede talenkennis (Nederlands en Engels vereist, andere Europese talen worden als een voordeel beschouwd). Goede geografische kennis. Goede Microsoft Office & PC-vaardigheden. Gericht op nauwkeurigheid en oog voor detail. Gedreven om problemen op te lossen met behulp van plannings- en organisatievaardigheden. Vermogen om jouw eigen tijd en die van het team effectief te beheren met aandacht voor detail in een drukke, dynamische omgeving.
