MY0993: Manager Network Operations Control/ Freight Management Center Key Role: Network Performance Monitoring: Oversee real-time monitoring of network operations to ensure optimal performance and swift issue resolution. Incident Management: Manage and coordinate responses to network incidents and disruptions to minimize impact and restore operations promptly. Operational Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to align network operations with organizational goals and ensure seamless integration of systems. Data Analysis: Analyze network performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Compliance Oversight: Ensure network operations adhere to organizational policies, industry regulations, and security standards. Freight Operations Oversight: Oversee the daily operations of the Freight Management Center to ensure efficient and timely processing of shipments. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate logistics and freight activities to align with organizational goals and ensure smooth transportation and delivery processes. Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of freight management operations.
