Experienced in applying fact‑based analysis and Quality Driven Management to accelerate decision‑making and achieve rapid, measurable results. Demonstrates strong foresight and resilience, anticipating challenges and navigating them to achieve critical strategic outcomes. Adept at leading complex product and portfolio development programs with clarity and influence, ensuring on‑time delivery and realization of targeted benefits.

Preferred Skills and Abilities:

• Aerospace & Defense industry experience, knowledgeable in market and customer expectations, solutions, and requirements
• Strong knowledge and experience in strategy development, segment marketing, and solution development, preferably in the Aerospace & Defense
• Experience managing and/or leading teams to deliver quantifiable business results
• Very strong business acumen (i.e. global Aerospace & Defense markets and competitive knowledge) and ability to analyze data, synthesize data, and make it easy for the target audience to understand. Knowledge of FedEx processes and systems a plus
• Excellent communication and story-telling skills - verbally, in written form, and adept at keeping the team’s informed and up to date
• Experience developing strategic roadmaps and execution plans, based upon customer segment and market requirements
• Creative in making content and status information available to leadership in intuitive self-serving ways.
• Has a broad network of FedEx or industry contacts and experience as a goal-driven collaborator.
• Demonstrated knowledge and performance of managing global programs & projects.
• Knowledgeable of and experience utilizing QDM techniques in all work efforts.
• Solid understanding of Aerospace and Defense market and customer requirements, considered a plus.

Aerospace & Defense Industry Experience

Experience leading complex global programs

Demonstrated business results (proven revenue and profit growth experience)

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, finance, marketing or other directly related discipline.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years directly related experience in planning and analyses.

More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master’s Degree equals two (2) years experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Demonstrated computer skills.

Strong basic management, human relations, communication and analytical skills.

Pay: The pay range is: $9,719.96/mo - $16,523.93/mo

Additional Details: This position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN and candidates must live within a 50 mile radius. This position is hybrid, meaning employees will be required to work at a FedEx Campus location four (4) times per week.
