Zu Ihren Kernaufgaben gehören insbesondere: Planung, Organisation, Leitung und Kontrolle sämtlicher operativer Prozesse im Bereich Luftfracht Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs der Flugzeugbe- und -entladung Verantwortung für den Transport und die ordnungsgemäße Abfertigung von Fracht- und Gefahrgutsendungen Gewährleistung der Einhaltung aller relevanten Sicherheits- und Schutzvorschriften Erstellung sowie Optimierung der Einsatz- und Urlaubsplanung Ihrer Mitarbeiter Sicherstellung der fristgem. Einreichung der Dienstpläne bei dem Sozialpartner Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen und gesetzeskonformen Erfassung von Arbeitszeiten zur Entgeltabrechnung Darüber hinaus stellen Sie sicher, dass: alle erforderlichen Schulungen und Trainings Ihrer Mitarbeiter aktuell und gültig sind, auch die Gültigkeit der Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung (ZÜP) muss sichergestellt werden insbesondere luftsicherheitsrelevante Schulungen (z.B. 11.2.3.9, und alle relevanten FedEx spezifischen Schulungen, etc.) vollständig und regelkonform durchgeführt werden sämtliche Tätigkeiten sowohl im Hallen- als auch im Vorfeldbereich effizient und regelkonform abgewickelt werden Im Hallenbereich verantworten Sie zusätzlich: die Personalplanung unter Einbindung externer Dienstleister und Leiharbeitnehmer die Abstimmung mit Personaldienstleistern zur Sicherstellung des operativen Bedarfs Ergänzend zählen zu Ihren Aufgaben: Analyse betriebswirtschaftlicher Kennzahlen und kontinuierliche Optimierung der operativen Effizienz enge Zusammenarbeit mit nationalen und internationalen Schnittstellen sowie Geschäftspartnern aktive Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung Ihrer Mitarbeiter Nach entsprechender Qualifikation übernehmen Sie zudem die Funktion als: Standortverantwortlicher sowie Luftsicherheitsbeauftragter (m/w/d) am Standort BER Ihr Profil Schulabschluss Abitur/allgemeine Hochschulreife wünschenswert abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Luftverkehr, Betriebswirtschaft oder Management Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, vorzugsweise in der Luftfrachtabfertigung Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Flugzeugabfertigung sowie operativen Logistikprozessen Zusätzlich bringen Sie mit: Sehr gutes arbeitsrechtliches Verständnis (u. a.
