Architect key initiatives for the organization to drive business value. Responsible for providing options as part of architecture recommendation Translate business needs into conceptual and logical architecture (current and target state) and defining solutions to problems through application of information technology Facilitate the establishment and implementation of standards / guidelines for architecture deliverables Develop/document the framework for integration/implementation for changes to architectural standards Determine architecture solutions that meet performance, scalability, reliability and security needs Work with architects across the enterprise to provide enterprise business solutions. Provide technical guidance to project team Coach the development of junior IT architects Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Systems Thinking: Ability to see the "big picture" and understand how different systems and business processes interrelate. Risk Management: Proactively identifying security, scalability, and performance risks. Business Acumen: Understanding business processes, financial models, and value drivers.
