Als Control Room Specialist ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken en sturen van het warehouseproces vanuit de Control Room. Je houdt continu overzicht over de operationele flow en zorgt ervoor dat processen volgens planning en prioriteit verlopen. Je analyseert data, signaleert afwijkingen en stuurt de operatie bij waar nodig. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met Gatekeepers, Control Room Agents, Supervisors en Operations Management. Je: Bewaakt de operationele flow en prioriteiten binnen het warehouseproces. Analyseert realtime operationele data en vertaalt deze naar concrete acties. Signaleert afwijkingen en escaleert waar nodig naar Supervisors of Management. Geeft functionele aansturing aan Control Room Agents en Gatekeepers. Ondersteunt de operatie bij het oplossen van verstoringen en knelpunten. Draagt bij aan procesverbeteringen en optimalisatie van de operationele flow. Werkt in wisselende diensten en speelt een centrale rol in de dagelijkse aansturing van de operatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat beslissingen snel, goed onderbouwd en in lijn met de operationele prioriteiten worden genomen. Wie zoeken we? Wij zoeken iemand met sterk analytisch vermogen en een goed gevoel voor operationele processen. Iemand die overzicht houdt, prioriteiten stelt en anderen helpt om de juiste beslissingen te nemen. Jij bent iemand die: Snel inzicht krijgt in complexe operationele situaties. Rust bewaart en overzicht houdt onder druk. Data kan vertalen naar concrete acties voor de operatie. Duidelijk communiceert en samenwerkt met verschillende teams. Eigenaarschap toont over de operationele prestaties. Jouw profiel MBO /HBO werk- en denkniveau. Ervaring in een logistieke of operationele omgeving. Sterk analytisch vermogen en procesinzicht. Besluitvaardig en stressbestendig. Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
