Key responsibilities: Responsible for Clearance Operational management, team’s KPIs, administrative tasks such as team schedule, vacations, overtime. Able to give one on one feedback, to delegate work and measure results. Flexible, organized, involved in work, able to work on different computer systems / applications. The ideal candidate will have: Leadership Skills Interpersonal Skills and People management Problem Solving drive Planning & Organizing Skills Accuracy & Attention to Detail Experience of interaction with the Customs Authorities. Clearance Broker license and experience with Orian Clearance System would be ideal.
