A FedEx Ground contractor is hiring full-time delivery drivers out of the Romeoville terminal. We are looking for dependable individuals who show up ready to work, stay organized, and take pride in doing the job right.
This is a fast-paced, physically active position. Successful drivers are energetic, self-motivated, efficient, and committed to providing excellent service every day. What You'll Do
- Deliver packages to homes and businesses throughout the local area
- Operate company-provided cargo vans and box trucks
- Load and organize your vehicle for the day
- Work independently while maintaining communication with management
- Provide professional customer service
- Safely complete your route in an efficient manner
Schedule
- Full-time, 5 days per week
- No Sundays
- Routes dispatch by 9:30 AM
- Most drivers finish around 4:30 PM once deliveries are completed

Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- Minimum 1 year of delivery driving experience within the last 3 years
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Ability to pass a drug screen, DOT physical, and background check
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs. and move packages up to 150 lbs. with appropriate equipment
