Delivery Driver

FedEx Ground is a premier provider of small-package ground delivery services. We are dedicated to providing reliable and efficient delivery solutions to our customers. Our team in Pueblo, CO is growing, and we are looking for dedicated individuals to join us as we continue to deliver excellence.

We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as FedEx Ground Delivery Drivers. As a delivery driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of packages to our customers in Pueblo and the surrounding area. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle

- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages to customers

- Follow designated routes and delivery schedules throughout Pueblo and nearby areas

- Ensure packages are delivered accurately and in excellent condition

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns

- Maintain delivery logs and records

- Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations

Qualifications:

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 150 lbs

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Familiarity with Pueblo and the surrounding area is a plus

- Previous delivery or driving experience is preferred but not required

PAY & BENEFITS

• Weekly Pay - Starting at $19 - $22/Hour

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

All applicants must:

• Be over the age of 21
• Have a clean Motor Vehicle Record,
• Be able to pass a background check
• Be able to pass a physical examination
• Be able to pass a drug screen (up to and including marijuana as per federal DOT regulations; no medical exceptions).

EXPERIENCE IS WELCOME!

What counts as experience? Driving for ANY company including Uber and Lyft, pizza delivery, auto parts delivery, anything where you are making money and even occasionally driving a vehicle. We take the skills you already have and turn them into tools for success!

Immediate start upon completion and approval of application process. No CDL experience required.
