Route delivery specialist

Adding some new territory, so looking for a hard working person to join our team. Must be 21 with a clean driving record!!! Must be able to pass a background and drug screen also.

Currently looking to fill a route, so if you're looking for options, you've come to the right place. (Part time is also available)

Mall route. (Monday-Friday)

Residential route (Tuesday-Saturday)

Previous driving experience is a plus. We are looking for responsible, hard working, reliable, delivery drivers to join our great team. Team being a key word. Our team of drivers all help each other and work very well together, and we're looking for others who would fit in well with that. We don't hound you throughout the day, so you can basically be your own boss. We just ask you to do things the right way.

Some key things to know. Must be 21. All of our delivery areas are in the North Hills. I handle all route setups in our area. The mall is Ross Park Mall and ranges between 50-80 stops. And most residential routes range between 110-130 stops a day throughout the year with bonus pay if you go over 130 stops. Bonus pay is $1 for each stop over 130. Sunday's and Monday's can be a little lesser volume, but a bigger work area. And peak season runs from Black Friday through Christmas Eve where in this time frame volume really picks up and can take routes up to 180-200 stops a day. All guys also pick up a 6th day during this time. All of our drivers take turns and have specific days of the week doing late night pickups. So each guy does late pickups only twice a month. The latest pickup time is 5:00 and our team all help do sweeps during the day to make these pickups very easy to manage and some you don't even have to go back to at all. Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
• Follow routes and time schedule
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
• Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints
• Collect payments
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards

Skills

• Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver
• Valid professional driver’s license
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good driving record with no traffic violations
• High school degree

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $160.00 - $170.00 per day
