- Assists in managing requirements and prioritization within the Product Backlog through business value ROI, alignment with Product Strategy, and resource capacity.
- Build and leverage solid working relationships with business and product stakeholders.
- Assist in the integration of programs across channels with internal partners and manage program effectiveness against target metrics. Utilize effective communication skills to surface essential requirements of information.
- Under general supervision, define and clearly articulate requirements (User Stories) and acceptance criteria (Use Cases).
- Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field.
- Two (2) years’ experience in industry, supporting business or technologies includes Project Management and/or SAFe Product Manager/Owner.
- Strong analytical, computer, and communication skills required.
- Knowledge of Agile and Lean values/concepts and scaling with SAFe framework required.
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex ideas, break them down into smaller, sequential plans, while understanding interdependencies to deliver solutions.
- Use solutions-based thinking in problem solving, asking probing questions, and looking for underlying issues.
- Software skills, including the use of Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
- Some travel required
