Additional Details: This position will be domiciled at a FedEx Freight location in Memphis, TN or Harrison, AR. You will be required to work at a FedEx Freight location several times per week.

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Responsible for strategic recommendations for marketing operations optimization and process improvement initiatives.
- Works collaboratively on advisory support for marketing technology evaluation, selection, and implementation projects.
- Maintains expertise in marketing operations, best practices and industry benchmarking for continuous improvement.
- Manages documentation and training programs to enhance marketing team operational efficiency.
- Maintains data governance and quality assurance frameworks to ensure marketing data integrity and compliance.
- Drives cross-functional collaboration on marketing operations projects and technology integration initiatives.
- Supports change management and adoption strategies for new marketing operations processes and technologies.
- Complies with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent work experience
- Five (5) years Marketing Operations or Business Operations experience
- Strong understanding of marketing technology stack and process optimization
- Experience with project management and change management initiatives
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
