We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Personal Vehicle Delivery Drivers out of our Shakopee, MN terminal. This is an excellent opportunity for those who want the independence of driving their own vehicle while enjoying the stability and benefits of a structured team.
The Territory
You’ll be delivering to:
- Prior Lake & Elko
- Jordan & Belle Plaine
- Chaska, Victoria, & Carver
- Waconia & Norwood Young America
Compensation & Incentives
- Starting Pay: $21.00 per hour.
- Automatic Raise: Move up to $23.00 per hour after 60 days.
- Mileage Reimbursement: We pay $0.70 per mile to cover your fuel and vehicle wear-and-tear.
- Yearly Safety Bonus: Up to $1,000 paid out on your work anniversary for maintaining a clean safety record.

Schedule & Hours
- Typical Shift: 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Hours fluctuate based on volume).

Requirements
- Vehicle: Must have a reliable personal vehicle, model year 2012 or newer, with valid registration and insurance.
- Age: Must be at least 21 years of age.
- License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Physical: Ability to handle a physically demanding role (lifting, carrying, and walking).
- Compliance: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
