As a Mail Audit Specialist you will communicate with customers, internal and external, regarding audit information and its application in determining accurate pricing for the coverages.
Responsibilities
- Requests and evaluates information received from customers to accurately assess appropriate insurance premium determination in the audit process.
- Identifies missing, incorrect, unusual or atypical audit information received through the mail audit and communicates with customers regarding discrepancies.
- Communicates with internal and external customers regarding audit status, results and actions.
- Maintains knowledge of company premium audit policies and procedures, including state specific requirements.
- High school diploma
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to memorize/recall information quickly
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills including: Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Demonstrate computer knowledge and experience
- An unquestioned ability to retain confidential business and personnel information

Salary : $22 - $30
